  1. Surveys were conducted anonymously, voluntarily across 3 separate NHS trusts 2018 - 2026 with permission and cooperation of individuals and organisations.

  2. National Physical Laboratory (NPL) is the UK's National Metrology Institute, developing and maintaining the national primary measurement standards. It is a Public Corporation owned by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Glow worked with NPL under the M4R programme. NPL independently tested and validated deliverability and speed in 2021. NPL said: “The National Physical Laboratory (NPL) has concluded independent testing for Glow’s SafeTeam product which demonstrated its ability to exceed all key deliverables for the software”

  3. SafeTeam has collected testimonials and reference data during normal operations which has been anonymised.

  4. < 20p per user per day based on a large deployment for over 1000 users, monthly price multiplied by 12 months and divided by 365 days.

  5. Training Compliance was baselined for users having access to designated PPE and having completed relevant training to use it. Before and after data is real world operational data at divisional or greater scale and over a multi year period.
